Both you and your contact need DualProfile installed for custom photos to appear. This is how the extension works — it's not a bug.
• Refresh WhatsApp Web completely
• Reinstall DualProfile extension
• Check extension is enabled
• Make sure WhatsApp Web is open in Chrome (not the mobile app)
• Both users need DualProfile
• Viewer must have extension
• Check contact assignments
• Try different browser
• Check file size (max 5MB)
• Use JPG or PNG format
