DualProfile uses a combination of local and cloud storage to make the extension work:
• Profile photos are uploaded to Cloudinary (industry-standard image hosting) scoped to your account
• Contact assignments sync via our secure backend so your settings persist across sessions
• Your phone number is converted to a one-way hash before storage — it cannot be reversed or read by anyone
• No contacts, messages, or WhatsApp data is ever accessed or stored
We will never sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for marketing or any other purpose.
Zero exceptions. Your data is yours alone.
Photos are stored on Cloudinary under your account. We do not sell or share them. You can delete them at any time.
Only what's necessary for the service to function. No analytics, no tracking.
You choose. Local-only by default, with optional encrypted sync.
